RAPAPORT... Rajesh Exports Ltd., which retails its jewelry under the SHUBH Jewellers brand, reported record sales during the Diwali and Christmas festive seasons. The company said that sales from its 80 retail stores exceeded $41 million (INR 2.27 billion) during the period.
The Bangalore-based company stated that its stores registered footfall of 97,322 customers, 64,312 conversions and they sold 79,347 pieces of jewelry. More than 743 kilograms of jewelry were sold during the period, Rajesh Exports said.
The company added that it would introduce 1,000 new designs in its stores beginning on January 15 for the upcoming wedding season.
