Hari Krishna Moves to New Office in BKC

Press Release: Hari Krishna Exports Private Ltd. and “KISNA” Diamond Jewelry moved to its new 25,000 square feet head office on the seventeenth floor of the capital, located in Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai, on February 13.

The inauguration ceremony was led by Philippe Mellier and Varda Shine from the De Beers Group in the presence of distinguished guests and dignitaries from the banking and diamond fraternity. This new office is one of its kind in India with all departments including sales, assortment, banking, accounting and online sales in one location. All four brothers who are directors of the company, along with other members of the Hari Krishna family, were present on the occasion.

In his address, Mellier lauded Hari Krishna’s efforts to develop its business dealings in more than 65 countries and said that the new office was an indication of what a good family diamond business could achieve. He wished Hari Krishna Exports every success in its endeavors. Shine also conveyed her best wishes on the occasion.

Speaking at the inauguration, Ghanshyam Dholakia said that  the new office offered a better buying experience for   valued clients and a better working environment for the  our employees. He added that It would certainly boost productivity and therefore profitability.

The company has set  high ethical standards and has endeavored to provide a friendly and inspiring work environment -- similarly to the reputation Google Inc. has. Shifting the office from the Opera House to the current premises outside the Bharat Diamond Bourse was a challenging decision to make. The company is confident that it won't matter to clients where the business operates from.

At the opening, the company also launched its new fifth generation website in the presence of Martin Rapaport, the chairman of the Rapaport Group. He conveyed his best wishes for success in further developing the company's online business.
