UNI-Creation, PC Jeweller Receive Trademarks

RAPAPORT... The U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) assigned the trademark ''Espresso Diamonds'' to UNI-Creation Inc. of New York on December 3 with the registration number 4445280. The trademark was originally filed on July 26, 2012 and it applies to jewelry, namely jewelry with diamonds, in whole or in part, as well as loose diamonds. The trademark was first used in October 2012.
India's Office of The Trade Marks Registry approved the trademark ''PC With Lebal'' for PC Jeweller Ltd. of New Delhi on December 2, with the registration number of 1657027. This name falls under Class 1 trademark classification as it is described as "adhesive used in industry." PC Jeweller applied for the trademark on February 22, 2008.
