Fiera di Vicenza and Others Receive Trademarks From U.S., India, U.K.

RAPAPORT...  The U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) granted Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. of Italy the trademark "Trendvision Jewellery + Forecasting" on July 1 with the registration number 4557858. Fiera di Vicenza originally filed for the trademark on March 4, 2013 and the term has been used to market scientific and technological services, namely, research, consulting and design in the diamond and jewelry industry. 

The USPTO issued the trademark logo "Coleman Adler" to  Coleman E. Adler & Sons LLC of New Orleans, Louisiana on July 1 with the registration number 4558685. The jeweler applied for the trademark on May 29, 2013 with the worlds consisting of "COLEMAN ADLER" in large block letters, between the words "COLEMAN" and "ADLER" is the following image: a shield with 13 vertical lines, superimposed over the shield is a large block letter "A," situated on top the shield are seven figures of waves pointing to the left side of the logo, and on top of the waves is a large figure of an eagle's head also facing the left side of the logo.  It was first used in commerce on jewelry and gift packaging in December 2012.

VJ Designs of New York received the trademark "VJ" from the USPTO on July 1 with the registration number 4559668. VJ Designs filed for the trademark on November 4, 2013 to use in online, wholesale and retail store services that feature jewelry and diamonds.

The USPTO issued the trademark "Sintessi" to M.A.P. Ltd. of New York on July 1 with the registration number 4560492. The company first used the trademark in September 2013 to represent goods and services such as jewelry, diamonds and precious gemstones.

BMS Trading Co. Inc. of California received the trademark "M" on July 1 with the registration number 4560181. The company has been using the trademark to represent diamonds, jewelry and watches since June 7, 2004.

India's Office of The Trade Marks Registry approved the trademark "Decent Dia-Jewels Pvt. Ltd. The World of Diamonds" for Decent Dia-Jewels Pvt. Ltd. on June 30 with the registration number 2002883. The description refers to diamonds and jewelry and has been in use since March 1, 2010.

In the U.K., Fleetwood Partnership Ltd. of London was issued the trademark "Princeton" with the registration number UK00003048759 on July 4. Fleetwood Partnership filed for the trademark on March 27, 2014 and is using it to describe all forms of jewelry, diamonds, gemstones, watches and clocks and retail packaging.

The U.K. Intellectual Property Office also granted the trademark "La Vivacita" to La Vivacita Ltd. of London on July 4 with the registration number UK00003048962. La Vivacity filed for the trademark on March 28, 2014 and has been using it for decorative figures, watches and clocks and all forms of jewelry, gemstones and packaging.

LS Jewellers Ltd. of London was issued the trademark "Argenti di Lusso" on July 4 with the registration number UK00003048671. LS Jewellers filed for the trademark on March 26, 2014 to reference all articles of precious metals jewelry with and without diamonds and precious stones.
