RAPAPORT... North Arrow Minerals Inc. appointed William Lamb, the CEO and president of Lucara Diamonds Inc., as an independent member of the board. The junior explorer now has five board members who are working toward diamond project development and financing.
Lamb has more than 20 years of experience in mining operations and project development, having previously worked for Rand Mines, Kvaerner Metals and De Beers prior to joining the Lundin Group in 2008 as the general manager for Lucara.
