RAPAPORT... Kay Jewelers is about to make history as the new designer of the official Pro Football Hall of Fame rings. For the 50th anniversary of the awards, the officials wanted a new look - a change that's only happened two previous times.

This year's honorees include wide receiver Cris Carter, offensive linemen Larry Allen and Jonathan Ogden, defensive tackles Warren Sapp and Curley Culp, linebacker Dave Robinson and head coach, Bill Parcells.  The induction will take place during the 2013 Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement Festival on August 3. Rings will be given during the football season at a ceremony held at the team stadium where each player or coach spent their careers.

"In addition to celebrating the elite fraternity that these men are entering," said George Murray, the senior vice president of marketing for Kay, "we also wanted the ring design to reflect each enshrines unique career through intricate detail and state-of-the-art craftsmanship."

The Pro Football Hall of Fame is located in Canton, Ohio.
