India Approves Trademarks for Dimexon, Mangi Chand Bhandari

RAPAPORT... India's Office of The Trade Marks Registry approved the label ''Bouquet'' for diamond company Dimexon (Hong Kong) Ltd. of Hong Kong. The trademark  was originally filed on August 23, 2011 and it was assigned registration number 2193998 on August 19, 2013.

The label ''Bouquet'' was described to include jewelry, precious and semi-precious stones, diamonds, precious metals and their alloys and goods made of precious metals or their alloys. The  trademark falls under the Class 14 description.

Additionally, The Trades Mark Registry assigned the trademark ''Mangi Chand Bhandari Jewellers'' to Mangi Chand Bhandari Jewellers of Jodhpur, India, a company name that the manufacturer has been using since 1945. This trademark was originally filed on December 1, 2011 and given the registration number 2242929 on August 19, 2013.
