RAPAPORT... Signet Jewelers promoted Lynn Ahlers to the newly created role of Signet vice president of total rewards and Jody Wolf to the expanded role of Signet vice president of business support services.

Ahlers will be leading the retailer's  efforts to integrate and harmonize the Sterling and Zale divisions compensation and benefits programs and processes. She is responsible for assuring that all Signet total rewards initiatives strategically align with the company’s business priorities and position Signet as an international "employer of choice."

Ahlers began her career in the Sterling division in 2006 as vice president of compensation and benefits and assumed additional responsibility in 2011 when Sterling’s human relations shared services department was formed. Prior to joining the organization, Ahlers held key compensation and benefits roles at Cole National Corporation, OfficeMax and Progressive Insurance.

Wolf will be responsible for coordinating with, and between, all three Signet divisions to plan and implement key special events and programs including divisional leadership conferences, incentive trips, corporate travel, Signet internal team member communications, service awards, relocation services and partnering on divisional employee charitable giving initiatives. Wolf began her career in the Sterling division in 1984 and has held administrative and managerial roles throughout her career in merchandising, store operations, procurement and human resources.
