GEM Awards Honor Ex-Rolex USA Chief

RAPAPORT... Jewelers of America (JA) honored retailers, designers and
journalists at Friday’s GEM Awards in New York.
Stewart Wicht, who
retired as CEO of Rolex Watch USA in December, picked up the Lifetime
Achievement accolade in recognition of his contribution to the industry during
his lengthy career at the company. Tiffany & Co. also received an award for
its marketing efforts.
The event’s 17th edition took place at Cipriani 42nd
Street.
