RAPAPORT... The Jewelers Board of Trade (JBT) has appointed Erich Jacobs
president. He will succeed Richard Weisenfeld, who is retiring.
 Jacobs joined JBT in 2018 as vice president of information
technology, JBT said last
week.
Weisenfeld first became acting president
in February 2018, following the retirement of Anthony Capuano, and took on the role permanently in May of that year.
