U.S. Issues Trademarks 'Caramel Diamond Collection,' 'Delaware Beaches' and More

RAPAPORT... The U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) granted the trademark "Caramel Diamond Collection" to Renaissance Jewelry New York Inc. on June 17 with the registration number 4553569. The trademark refers to diamond jewelry and was first used in commerce in October 2013.

The USPTO reissued the trademark "Fred Meyer Jewelers" to Fred Meyer Jewelers Inc. of Oregon on June 17 with the registration number 4550561. Fred Meyer Jewelers is a retail chain and it operates an online store that sells jewelry. In addition, the trademark "Le Vian" was reissued for Le Vian Corporation of New York with the registration number 4550720. The Le Vian trademark has been in use by the diamond brand since July 1981.

Michael Gallagher Jewelers Inc. of Delaware was issued the trademark "Delaware Beaches" for a jewelry line on June 17 with the registration number 4553317. The retailer first used the trademark in commerce in November 2013.

Diamond firm Activ-Gem Inc. of Houston, Texas, was issued the trademark "OnDiamonds Search Online. Buy Locally." on June 17 with the registration number 4550560. Goods and services that fall under this trademark include jewelry, and diamonds and watches. The trademark was first used in January 2006.
